How long will it take to ship the products?
Most of our kits are made to order. We are not holding stock on all products so shipping can take up to 4 weeks depending on the backlog. We aim at improving our delivery daily but ask for your understanding.
Will you ship the products worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. As a standard shipping partner we use DHL. If during checkout your region is not available, please send us a request for shipping through our contact form.
Are there tariffs applied on your products?
Yes, unfortunately there is a tariff applied on parts including repair kits for cars that were introduced to the US market less then 25 years ago. Tariffs are automatically applied at checkout if applicable.
What is your return policy?
For EU citizens returns can be within 14 days of receipt. please contact us via the contact page to arrange a return. Return shipping within the EU by Everdrive.
For customers outside of the EU return will be accepted with prior approval of Everdrive. Return shipping by customer
Package must be undamaged and unused or returns will not be accepted.
Is Everdrive established?
Yes, Everdrive is registered in the Netherlands as a sole trader and VAT applicable. Our business credentials can be found in the footer of our webpage. For business to business purchases please contact us via our contact page or via info@everdrive-parts.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most common payment methods on our website. Most commonly used are Apple or Google pay, PayPal or Creditcard payments. For business to business customers we also accept direct bank transfers.
Can I purchase kits as a independent workshop?
Yes, we welcome all customers and business to business opportunities. Our kits are developed to be able to be installed by home DIY and professionals.
Are discounts possible for multiple kits?
Yes, we can offer discounted rates for business to business or for multiple kits. Please contact us via the website or via info@everdrive-parts.com
Are the Everdrive products suitable for DIY?
Yes, we have purposely developed our kits to be suitable for the average home mechanic or workshop professional. We take great pride in developing kits that keep our future classics on the road. We do emphasize that some kits must be installed with care.
Can I see the products somewhere?
We have several videos on Youtube that showcase how to install our kits. We are also regularly on car shows are trade fairs where our products can be purchased. We are a fully online business and therefor do not have a physical store.
Do i have warranty on the products?
Yes, you have a 2 year warranty on the products. We request your VIN number to be provided after checkout so we can issue with the kit a certification sticker that can be added to car`s service manual. The warranty is transferable with the car.
